Stop being a lone-wolf and partner with your counterpart who can help you build a real company, not a cheap internet hustle. Let the developer build the product, while you build the business. Owning 50-80% of something is better than owning 100% of nothing. A strong team will always beat the solopreneur. This is why all of the most successful entrepreneurs own only pieces of their company's, because they understand the power of building a complimentary team. Stop with the cheap DIY products and build a team. You should not create your SAAS product with white-labelled solutions, where you build someone else's equity value (net worth) instead of your own. You should not try coding for the first time with AI tools like Cursor, where you end up with a weak product. Instead partner with a developer who is super-charged by these AI coding tools. You should understand that there are countless developers out there who can build a great product, but struggle to build a great business around the product. Recognize this opportunity.
